Due to changes within the web site membership payments, the Auto-Renewal of members subscription has been removed. Unfortunately, there have been problems experienced with the auto renewal when updating the subscription and also when members change or renew credit cards.
Members will receive an automated email that will inform them that the Auto-Renewal has been removed. This doesn’t affect your current membership. An email reminder that the subscription is due will be sent 30 days before renewal, 7 days before renewal and on the day of the renewal.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause members.
Those members whose Auto-Renewals was in January will note that the payment taken was £40 instead of the correct subscription fee of £50. A revised invoice for the additional amount will be sent to those members for the additional £10.
